And let\u2019s not forget that, from 25 years of age onwards, we start to\u00a0<strong>lose collagen and elastin<\/strong>, which exacerbates these marks even more. In this article, we\u2019ll show you how to fight them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What can you do to fight wrinkles on the neck?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. It\u2019s easy to forget to treat and care for the areas of the neck and d\u00e9collet\u00e9 during your daily beauty routine, and this obviously has an impact on the appearance of Venus rings. After cleansing your face, it\u2019s advisable to <strong>massage upwards <\/strong>using a product that nourishes and hydrates the area.<\/p>\n<p>2. With the exception of the age factor, there\u2019s a lot you can actually do about it by being disciplined. Start with <strong>skincare<\/strong>. During the\u00a0<strong>day<\/strong>, apply a\u00a0<strong>serum <\/strong>that firms and fights sagging using upward strokes, and always finish with a sunscreen. At <strong>night<\/strong>, I recommend a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/skin.montibello.com\/en\/product\/protecting-cream-spf20\/\"><strong>nourishing and firming cream<\/strong><\/a>, which helps the skin on the neck and d\u00e9collet\u00e9 to recover from the aggressions experienced during the day. In many cases, it can be the same one you use for your face. Make sure it has hyaluronic acid, silica, collagen, vitamin C\u2026<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>From the age of 40 onwards<\/strong>, I would advise using a\u00a0<strong>specific cream <\/strong>to get the best results. For example, there\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/skin.montibello.com\/en\/product\/armdecollete-balm\/\"><strong>AR\u00dbDE ARM&amp;DECOLLETE BALM<\/strong><\/a>, a specific product from\u00a0<strong>Montibello<\/strong>\u00a0for the neck, d\u00e9collet\u00e9 and arms. If you\u2019ve got more time, apply a tightening mask that will also help you redensify the area. Bear in mind that the skin is very thin and delicate, with subcutaneous tissue that diminishes with age.<\/p>\n<p>4. Once a week or every 15 days if skin is extremely delicate, perform <strong>enzymatic exfoliation <\/strong>that will help you remove impurities and bring vitality. Gently exfoliate to break up the bonds between dead skin cells but without damaging those that are in good condition.<\/p>\n<p>5. And pay careful attention to your makeup. Use your <strong>usual foundation <\/strong>all over your face, neck and d\u00e9collet\u00e9 to even out your skin tone and camouflage small blemishes; finish by using bronzer powder (or a shade darker than your foundation) on your double chin and neck using a thick brush.<\/p>\n<p>6. Aside from sunscreen, use <a href=\"https:\/\/skin.montibello.com\/en\/product\/no50-repairing-overnight-elixir\/\"><strong>cosmetics that protect you from the blue light<\/strong><\/a> emitted by devices which damage skin. Overexposure to blue light increases the risk of hyperpigmentation, but more than that, it damages the skin\u2019s elasticity. Blue light has the ability to penetrate your skin, even more than UV rays, creating free radicals and thus breaking down cell structures. The most direct and visible consequence is that it decreases the skin\u2019s elasticity and damages its structure.<\/p>\n<p>7.
